1950s 701 Jean - Pinole
In 1934, Levi's introduced the first five-pocket jean especially built for women: the 701. Made famous by the premiere American fashion magazine of its time, the 701 had a distinctly high-waisted, more curved fit. Today, Levi's has reproduced 701 jeans stitch-for-stitch using premium selvedge denim. Made with a distinct high-waisted fit designed especially to flatter and finished with a cloth Levi's back patch. "Pinole" is the latest wash done in soft, 100% cotton selvedge denim that has a broken-in feel. Fits true to size.
