Key Holder (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Supports the business by demonstrating personal responsibility & providing strong leadership for the brand.
• Balances outstanding customer service, strong sales results, and adherence to merchandising standards.
• Operational efficiency including opening & closing the store, as well as cleaning and maintaining the space.
• 32-40 hrs per week

• Strong Communication Skills
• Easily engages in conversation
• Self motivated with an ability to take direction
• Thorough follow-up skills
• Retail experience preferred (specialty retail a plus)
• An eye for detail and strong sense of visual presentation
• Flexible availability, including weekend availability
